Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Time & Charges

Standard Shipping (All over India): 4–7 business days
Express Shipping: Available at checkout (2–4 business days)
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
Shipping charges for COD or orders below ₹999 will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Thoda Hatke account.

Delivery Partners

We’ve teamed up with trusted courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delays or Issues

While we do our best to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (like weather or courier issues) may occur. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected window, please reach out to our support team at support@thodahatke.in — we’ll sort it out, thoda jaldi!

Wrong or Damaged Items

Received something hatke (but not in a good way)?
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

International Shipping

Currently, we’re shipping only within India, but we’re working on going global soon — because style has no boundaries!
