Return & Refund Policy

At Thoda Hatke, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and the experience we provide to our customers. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

  • Certain products such as innerwear, accessories, and sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene or promotional reasons.

How to Request a Return

with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our support team will review your request and share the return shipping address or pickup details.

3. Once your return is approved, please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.).

  • If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), we will initiate a refund to your bank account or wallet (details will be collected after confirmation).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Damaged / Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not support direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for your preferred size or color.

Late or Missing Refunds

1. If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
